I start cooking at home since am was 12 year old 

After graduated form Hotel management school

Bangkok in year 2002

am keep forward cooking and traveling to work in

pre-opepning team at International Hotels chains

with professional  foreign Chef around

Thailand such as Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Pattaya

and also oversea

In more 20 year experience in Hotels & Resorts industry 

 as Executive Chef, Private Chef, Freelance Chef Consult

Entrepreneur of SMK cuisine+design & CH!MDU GROUP 

 I'm specialist cooking and food stylish of Progressive Thai,

European, Mediterranean, Wellness Cuisine

and Pastry Desserts
